Bailey Leisure Vehicles Claims Practical Motorhome Magazine ‘Motorhome of the Year’ 2019 Title

Bailey logoBailey of Bristol enjoyed a night of unprecedented success at the annual Future Publishing Awards evening, with both Bailey caravans and motorhomes claiming the top two awards in the same year for the first time.

The Advance 66-2 claims the Practical Motorhome Magazine Motorhome of the Year 2019 title

The Advance 66-2 also won the 'Best Motorhome for couples' category and the Advance 70-6 was voted the 'Best Family Motorhome'

All the award winners, including both the Tourer of the Year and the Motorhome of the Year, will be on display on stand 19.25 at the forthcoming Motorhome & Caravan Show 2018 from Tuesday 16th - Sunday 21st October

Commenting on the receipt of these coveted awards Bailey of Bristol Managing Director Nick Howard said:

“Naturally we are delighted that our new model ranges have received this award recognition from such a respected source, and it is testimony to the amount of work that has gone into the development of our 2019 caravan and motorhome portfolios. In these challenging times our focus has been on the creation of both innovative and affordable products that give people a genuine reason to upgrade. Hopefully these acknowledgements are an indication that we have gone some way to achieving this goal’.

“We would like to congratulate everybody involved, including our focus group members, for their contribution to this success,” he added.

Practical Motorhome Awards

Introduced earlier this year the Bailey Advance motorhome range has quickly established itself as a popular choice for people looking to purchase their first new motorhome. A genuine go anywhere and do anything vehicle, the Advance provides the unique combination of the Peugeot Boxer cab, AL-KO AMC chassis and Bailey Alu-Tech body shell meaning they are capable of taking on even the toughest of challenges. The two-berth end-washroom Advance 66-2 is the ‘baby of the bunch’ but in spite of its diminutive size still packs a punch in terms of both comfort and practicality.

Commenting on the success of the Bailey Advance 66-2 Practical Motorhome Editor Sarah Wakely said:

“This motorhome really is a little cracker. It manages to pack a great deal of kit into its relatively compact dimensions. The price tag is attractive, and its huge payload means that a couple can take plenty of gear with them”.

“We are delighted to name the Bailey Advance 66-2 as our Motorhome of the Year 2019”, she added.
