We are an experienced motor homing retired couple who live on the Queensland Gold Coast. We have a coach built 7 meter Hino motor home which requires a light rigid licence to operate in Australia and sleeps two. The motor home is fully self contained with holding tanks, solar panels, oven/cook top & microwave. There is also a remote start 3kva Honda generator for eco camping. The vehicle has air bag suspension for coach ride comfort. Due to the travel distances involved we are looking for a three month minimum exchange. We are a mid 60's couple living in Hampshire and would like to exchange our 23ft Burstner motorhome (4 tonnes) for a similar sized van. The swap need not be simultanious, but we would like to be in Canada/USA for three months in mid 2014. We are very experienced motorhomers and have swapped before without problem. (Due to insurance problems here in the UK with people aged over 70 it would be easier if you are under 70 when you are over here.) Our 2003 Burstner is self contained with all facilities needed for long term motorhoming.

I am a retired solicitor and my wife is a retired teacher. My name is Stanley Calvert and my wife is Pauline. We live in north Northumberland - very handy for trips to Scotland,the Lake District, or Yorkshire. We are flying to Australia to attend my daughter's wedding, which is on 5th October, 2013, at Daylesford, which is not too far from Melbourne. On 7th October, we would like the use of a motorhome to see a little of the state of Victoria - until 16th October, when we fly to Auckland in New Zealand.
We would like the use of a motorhome starting on or about 16th October to tour the North and South Islands of New Zealand until 15th November, when we start our journey home. We have a 2011 two berth, Hobby motorhome, based on a Ford Transit chassis. The vehicle has six forward gears, and cruise control. There is a transverse double bed across the rear of the van, a bathroom with shower, basin and electric flushing toilet. In the kitchen area there is a sink, three burner hob, and oven with grill. The roof has a solar panel, and self seeking satellite dish,and of course a television set.
We would prefer to have the use of a two berth van but the number of berths is not a stipulation.
Our only stipulations for our motorhome are - no pets, no smokers, and no children.

We are wanting to travel to the UK for up to 2 months from May - August 2014. We have a home and car to swap for a small motor home in the UK. We have a 5 star house on the hill overlooking the art deco city of Napier and have fabulous views across the bay to Cape Kidnappers. There are 4 double bedrooms, 1 with ensite, 2 bathrooms and one shower room. There is an open plan kitchen/dining and a large lounge with views over the bay. The house is well heated for winter.There are outdoor entertaining areas.
Napier is a 2 hour drive to the ski fields in the North Island, surrounded by the Hawkes Bay wine region, close to great walks and an easy drive to Taupo and other areas in the North Island.
We would like to travel for two months in the UK before we head to the Continent.

We are Jonathan & Pauline, we are both retired and are looking to spend 3 months travelling the east coast of Australia in Sept, Oct, Nov 2013/14.
We live in Macclesfield in Cheshire 12 miles from Manchester airport. Our motorhome is a Ford Transit 2.5 turbo deisal reg. 2000 with 35,000 miles on the clock. It is 4 berth, with toilet, sink, shower. 4 ring gas hob, separate grill & oven, fridge with freezer compartment. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. Sat TV DVD, gas/electric heater and awning. Fully insured for UK & EU.

We are Andy and Yvonne, a mid-fifties couple of non-smokers who live on the south coast of England (VERY handy for European travel)with an immaculate 2005 Swift Sundance 590PR diesel, manual, motorhome. Although capable of sleeping four, it only has seat belts for two. We covered four thousand miles in five weeks, taking in seven countries last year without a single problem, even though we hit temperatures between minus seven and plus thirty degrees. We would like to come to Australia or New Zealand sometime towards the end of February 2014 for about five weeks and the other country the following year, God willing. We are a semi retired non-smoking couple in our 60s. We are wanting to travel throughout UK and Europe in 2014 for approximately 1 year. My wife and I average 57 yrs in ave ( she is younger - ha). We have a luxury 40 ft long diesel pusher motor home fully equipped. We live near Atlanta Georgia USA. about a days drive from Tampa Florida. We would consider moving the motor home to a location ( camp site ) in Florida or other Southeastern location in the Usa for your use if you prefer not to drive a large unit.
Our timing is flexible since I have my own sales engineering business and can take vacation when we want . I can send you pictures if you are interested of the motor home. Late 50s, non-smoking, experienced motorhomers want to exchange our 2006 7 metre Fiat 2.8 diesel motorhome (fully self-contained for free-camping, all amenities, sleeps 2 comfortably) with a similar (or thereabouts) motorhome anywhere from San Francisco to Vancouver. Hi i'm Paul, I live in Belfast in the north of Ireland, i am looking to swap for a campervan/motorhome around august/septemper 2013 in Germany/Italy/Switzerland/France/Austria (other countrys in Europe considered) i have a 2001 LDV deisel Convoy 400 van which i converted myself from an ex police van, it had only 9000 miles when i got it & now has 14,000 miles, was re-sprayed & is a very tidy van, it has 1 large bed which can sleep 2 adults + 2 kids, it folds up into a good sized U lounge with folding dining table, has small toilet room with cassete flush toilet, sink/shower, also 4 ring cooker with grill & oven, sink & fridge, would also offer my 3-4 person canoe & spare tent if needed, i live 1 minute from the motorway which is the gateway to the rest of Ireland, the world famous north Antrim coast road drive (with the Giants Causeway) starts a half hour away which continues on towards Donegal, Dublin is around 2 hours away southbound where you will find the roads to Cork-Kerry-Galway-Waterford- Limerick/Mayo/Wicklow etc, if i find a swap i'm interested in i would also let my swappers stay at my home for a night until they get organized for taking my camper and maybe show them around my city for a day and help them map out their tour showing them some of the best spots to visit, the dates for a swap do not have to match, & i would consider 2014, thanks.

We are a retired, non smoking, couple in our sixties living on the Isle of Wight. We have a 1998 Autotrail Mochian 7 metre motorhome with all the usual facilities plus solar panel. Originally a five berth but only used as a two berth, thus giving more storage space. We are going to Australia (Sydney area) in 2013 or 2014. I lived in NSW in the 60's and have family there who I wish to visit. Would love to do a non similteanous exchange of motorhomes. It need not be as big as ours. Although our motorhome is somewhat older than most on this site it still has all the facilities of the newer ones. We have owned it for many years and regularly use it for long stays in europe. It is our second home and lovingly looked after. We would naturally care for someone else's motorhome as if it was our own. Whilst we actually live on the Isle of Wight we would be happy to bring our motorhome over to the mainland as residents enjoy a better ferry price. My wife and I are retired and very keen motorhomers and campers. We own a 2006 T5 long-wheel base VW pop-top camper with only 70,000 Km fully fitted out with 2 beds, large awning, kitchen, stove, hot and cold water, shower at the rear of the vehicle (no toilet), fridge, solar panels and lots of other extras (all camping gear, tables, chairs, tents etc). We also own a small camper trailer that can be towed by the VW for additional comfort and extra beds with lots of storage. Alternatively, we have a 4WD Pajero (2009) that can tow the camper trailer for moderate on or off-road travel. Photos are available. We have travelled in campers and RVs in Europe and the USA for many years and are very careful with our equipment and anything borrowed. We wish to travel in a camper or RV for 3-6 months in Europe either in the spring/summer of 2012 or 2013. The exchange does not have to be simultaneous but the 4WD is not usually available in summer (January-April).

We would like to exchange our mercedes rapido motorhome. It is LH drive and is very suitable for all European roads. It sleeps 4 but really is most comfortable for 2 and we only want to exchange for 2 people to use it. It has twin bunks at the rear and double overhead drop down bed at front. Separate shower and toilet.Satellite TV.Solar roof panel. 3 burner hob and double sink It has a very economical and efficient diesel heater and also aircon so can be used at all times/climates of year. We are interested in doing a swap for about 3/4 months.April -October.

We offer in return a motorhome of 6.15 m with 6places sleeping and driving.
In case of simultaneous exchange, we also offer our house with 3 bedrooms, large garden, overlooking the Loire River, 35 kms at the east of Nantes (90 minutes drive from the seaside or the"Chateaux de la Loire"), and our wagon 7 seater (Dacia Logan MCV).
